Poppets are a form of what is often called sympathetic witchcraft. Unlike Voodoo dolls, poppets are designed for guardian-binding spells. Poppets are meant to bring light, happiness and healing to whom they are bound.

When people see poppets they tend to think Voodoo doll, due to Voodoo's representation in pop culture. They are partially right. Poppets can be used in Voodoo. However, Voodoo is a particular set of spiritual beliefs and practices stemming from the Afro-Caribbean culture, while poppets originate from England in the Middle Ages.

*Voodoo is incredibly misunderstood and therefore has inaccurate negative connotations. Perfection and Oddities respect and honour those who follow said spiritual beliefs.

Each poppet is one of a kind and made of sustainable and up-cycled materials whenever possible.
